By purchasing tickets for a Diamond Nation event, customer understands that their signature below is in agreeance to the following waivers:
1. Hold Harmless & Rules Waiver: Customer is attending Diamond Nation and the facilities at their own risk. Diamond Nation and its affiliates, owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by customer on the premises. Customer assumes full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any events on the premises, and customer does hereby fully and forever hold harmless Diamond Nation, its affiliates, all associated facilities and their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any customer's attendance in any events or use of the facility. In addition, customer agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Diamond Nation. Failure to do so may result in suspension from event. Diamond Nation reserves the right to refuse any individual, team or organization from participating in an event at Diamond Nation if we feel it is not in the best interest of Diamond Nation.
2. Medical Waiver: I the undersigned parent, coach, spectator or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at Diamond Nation to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my attendance.
3. Media Waiver: All players, participants, coaches, umpires and spectators of events at Diamond Nation may be video and audio recorded for broadcast on the Internet or reproduction in the form of DVD's. I do hereby authorize Diamond Nation and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.
